Moderate Kripalu Yoga
This class covers the basic yoga postures and pranayama or breathing techniques to help you feel strong and flexible. There are some challenging poses offered to push your practice forward with reminders to modify the practice to fit your needs. Relaxation and meditation are foundational to the class.
Chair Yoga
A wonderful stretch and strengthening for the body and plenty of relaxation for the mind. Sitting and standing using the chair as a prop.
